· Pair you with an appropriate tutor · To maintain a direct line of communication in order to schedule lessons, inform you of changes to services, costs, absences, etc. · To ensure safeguarding We may share this information with other Tutors/music institutions, specifically of instruments/services Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts does not offer. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: (a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. How we store your personal information Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal information on file for the period you remain a student of Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts. No later than 6 months after the cessation of services between you and Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts, we will then dispose of your information securely.
