Silvia is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts. She is responsible for ensuring that safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, overseeing policy, staff training, and incident reporting.
With a strong background in education and community leadership, Silvia brings experience in supporting children, young people, and vulnerable adults across a range of settings. She is committed to creating a culture of safety, respect, and openness where every learner can thrive.
As DSL, Silvia works closely with AIPA’s Directors, tutors, and external agencies to ensure safeguarding standards are upheld in line with statutory guidance. She is the first point of contact for any safeguarding concerns raised by students, families, staff, or members of the community.

Margaret has worked in theatre, both as a Director and as a Lecturer in Higher Education for over 35 years. She began her career at The Liverpool Playhouse Youth Theatre in 1989. After completing a Masters in Theatre, Heritage and Community she took up a post in the Drama department of Edge Hill University. After five years she was offere
Margaret has worked in theatre, both as a Director and as a Lecturer in Higher Education for over 35 years. She began her career at The Liverpool Playhouse Youth Theatre in 1989. After completing a Masters in Theatre, Heritage and Community she took up a post in the Drama department of Edge Hill University. After five years she was offered the post of Community Outreach and Education Director at The Citadel Arts Centre in St. Helens and stayed there for two years. Following this she took up a post at Liverpool Hope University. From 2011 she was Artistic Director at Lantern Theatre Liverpool until its closure in 2016.
She now works as a freelance Director and Actor. Her recent productions include Scouse a Comedy of Terrors, Kitty Queen of the Wash House, Weave, Death and the Maiden, Tough Old Bird, The Liver Bird, Forgotten Voices and Sweet Mother, A Portrait of William Roscoe and Two.
Bev is passionate about fairness and self empowerment. I bring to AIPA extensive experience having been Head of Psychology in a high school and Local and National support for the Teachers Union. I recently graduated with a Masters in Law (distinction) and currently sit on Employment Tribunals.
With over 10 years of experience in teaching, I have helped numerous students achieve their academic goals. I specialize in Math, Science, and English.
