· Any Health/Learning Difficulties
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· Via Registration Form
· Via telephone conversation
· Via our website
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
· Pair you with an appropriate tutor
· To maintain a direct line of communication in order to schedule lessons, inform you of changes to services, costs, absences, etc.
· To ensure safeguarding
We will not share this information with other Tutors/music institutions outside of Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts service offer unless directly agreed by the customer to help secure additional services AIPA do not offer.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your personal information on file for the period you remain a student of Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts. No later than 6 months after the cessation of services between you and Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts, we will then dispose of your information securely.
